Died 1 hour out of the box! First Milwaukee tool I have had fail.

I was very excited when I received the flashlight.
It is bright. Where I have an issue is I only use it to take my dogs out at night for their nightly pee. We are out and back in five minutes. I do this five nights in a row and the led indicator changes to yellow and I need to recharge. I really don’t think that 25m of operation even if I turn on and off five times should affect the battery to this point. I’m very disappointed with the flashlight not holding its charge longer then 25m before indicating it needs to be recharged. We are far away from the 1.75 hour of light on high mode given in the description of this product
