Exceeded Expectations
Surprisingly powerful for its size. Used primarily as a replacement vacuum around the house for floors, stairs, carpets, the truck – it handles the smaller debris, dust/drywall dust, cat hair etc.extremely well. Feels well balanced with a 5.0Ah battery – larger, heavier batteries will want to pull the vacuum backwards/down in your hand and will require a firmer grip. Expect a runtime of approximately 4 minutes of runtime per amp hour.
Pros:
-Washable HEPA filter.
– Good power, suction for its size/intended use.
– Easy & clean emptying of the canister.
– LED light is bright, well positioned and effective.
– No mar rubber footing on the bottom of the vacuum for safely placing it down on the floor.
– Good variety of useful attachments.
Cons:
– No replacement filters available (yet) in Canada.
– Only one wand attachment. A second wand would benefit taller people for floor use, better reach for above head us.
Miscellaneous:
– Not for use as a wet vac.
– Would love to see a non HEPA filter replacement for regular household work.
– The flexible hose is of similar high quality to that of the 20V DCV580H though with a larger diameter connection so they are not cross compatible.
