Used this tool to unscrew about 60 x 1/2 inch bolts. Yesterday I got a both that was tighter than usual so I untightened it with the ratchet and crack … something broke in the head. It does turn th head but I can stop it with my finger. It’s so funny seeing it impact my fingers.
At $220.00 it is really not worth not even half that cost . Total waste of money if it break after cracking a 80LB-Ft bolt…once. LOL
Also I have been with Milwaukee from 2006…and yesterday now I broke my first Milwaukee tool. Their Phone service center is a joke. I was on hold for 25 minutes and the line hangs up. Then IU called back again and was on hold for 10 minutes…talked to an agent and she put me on hold for another 30 minutes and then I just hung up.
I went online and found a service repair center close to my work area so I will have to go there on my lunch because all 3 centers in my area close at 5PM. LOL so does the rest of the world. I’m stuck going during my lunch hour.
I hate to say this but I am looking move to another platform as I type this LOL. Milwaukee = China junk.

Love this tool, along with all my Milwaukee cordless tools. Makes jobs under the hood alot quicker. It is durable and small enough to still get in most tight spots. BC Fasteners was great to order from, and quick to ship my product out.

  6. Seetdeer

Thanks BCFastners for the great price, the best in Canada I’d say. Only had it a week and it’s been great, living up to expectations making the job a lot easier even on rusty bolts. The trick is to use it like a regular wrench initially break/ crack the bolt then let the tool finish the work.

Great tool and great service. Thanks, Richard

I purchased the 1/2 socket with 60 lb of torque. Then I returned it for the 3/8. I was hoping that one of these renches would be able to reach Rusty bolts in tight spaces. In both cases they were not eat able to reach bolts that were very Rusty or unable to deliver enough torque to free the bolts. When I secured of the socket on to the Bolt head the tool simply did nothing but humm. the only purpose for such a tool that I can imagine will be to remove bolts that are Rusty and difficult to reach. In both cases they were completely inadequate. I can’t imagine a purpose for these tools they are completely really useless. Do not buy them

  9. Flanders

As a automotive service technician I’ve bought this 3/8 ratchet, only regret is not buying it sooner as I’ve bought lots of snap on battery powers tools. Ratchet has lots of power and quality for the price.

  10. Réal Charlebois

I bought this tool for professional use as an automotive service technician.
It’s an amazing tool that exceeded my expectations in durability and power. Highly recommend this tool!
