Light duty compressor for simple jobs around the house but not for a contractor. Mine lasted just 5 months with some simple baseboard and window trim then quit. Repaired under warranty and the worn out parts I was given back looked liked they belonged in a toy! I can’t recommend this compressor for anyone and I’m amazed Makita would offer this to the public. Avoid this compressor or be prepared to throw it out after the 12 month warranty.
