This trimmer is fantastic. Almost the same power as a gas trimmer but no fuel to mix, quiet and fairly lightweight. It slices through tall grass with ease. Also got the pole saw attachment, cut through 6″ branches with no issues. LOVE THIS THING!!!

We have been using it for about a week cutting heavy grass (2-3 feet tall) and it is slices right through, although sometimes the longer grass gets wound around the head, overall it works very well. The one complaint I have is the the feed mechanism gets jammed with grass clippings and this prevents the bump feed from working, taking it apart and clearing the grass fixes it up though. The battery life in the heavy grass is about 40 minutes but with the bonus battery we have been able to keep working pretty steady.
I had a few issues with the Quik-Lok not engaging when I first received it, but I just had to adjust the connection push the gear back into place, possibly moved during shipping.

It works better than I expected. I was a little worried about the torque but it performed great. No gas to mix., Quiet the second you release the trigger, easy to use, what more do you need

An excellent product. Very easy to change the string line. Out performs our gas trimmers. I recommend getting two batteries for nearly continuous work. Using a shoulder strap makes for easy work. Definitely get the quick lok setup as you will want other attachments once you see how well this performs. I’ve already added the hedge trimmer and a three foot extension!
