The tool is brand new in box and exactly what you would expect; Heavy and Powerful. But let’s talk about the website! Price was actually $1 cheaper than Home Depot (who was out of stock and unable to ship item), and the shipping was super fast. I’m on the island so I wasn’t expecting to have it within 3 days in the middle of lockdown. Great experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and be a return customer. 👌👍😁

This thing is the Cat’s Meow! Great impact and a solid improvement in power from the 2763, which I was one of the first to acquire in my circle many years ago. Have no complaints with this gun. Love combining it with my high output 6.0 batteries to really reek some havoc on seized bolts!

Has nice power but that is all. Tool itself creates too much vibration causing wear out battery pins. The only reason I choose Milwaukee is their warranty but all my Milwaukee tools warranties are gone because serial number sticker on the body damaged so Milwaukee can not tracking purchased date.
I lost warranty on 7 Milwaukee tools in 2-3 years. I tried to repair in my cost but they said parts are not available..tool is gone in 3 years..no warranty, no way to repair.. I will go back to snap on.

I chose this gun over Snap-On, Mastercraft and all other brands offering something similar!
It claimed 1400ft-lbs of breakaway torque and I can definitely believe it!! It broke full size truck bolts loose like they were hand tight!
This gun is awesome. Like said by a few others, slightly heavy, but the power is worth it!!

The weight with battery can be an issue at times. Would recommend something lighter for most jobs.
