Great addition to my M18 collection! Really good suction. Cleans up small jobs very nicely. All the accessories work fine, i don’t what another reviewer was talking about. The crevice tool is fantastic at getting into the corners and sucking up stuff.

Bought on black Friday, after reading the reviews about the M12 vs M18 vacuum, I decided to go with the M18, purchased on Sunday and arrived at my door on Wednesday. It is an excellent tool being cordless. Will be useful for cleaning the car and other woodworking duties.

I was honestly surprised at the suction power of this vacuum, it’s stronger than my Dyson DC35 which is great because I bought this to vacuum my car and my winter entrance carpet (which my dyson fails at miserably) as much as clean up my table saw/mitre saw and floor area.
I bought Ridgid’s hard floor nozzle for my shag carpet and floors on my shopvac and tested it with this vacuum, and now I see no reason to keep my overpriced Dyson.

Has lots of power and runs well.
The ergonomics are terrible. The floor attachment works horribly and the pipes slip and turn and fall apart during use. I feel that too much engineering went into the looks instead of the functionality.
It’s too bad because this would easily get 5 stars without these issues.
